    EXECUTIVE CHEF:

    Belgian by birth and 22 years in the kitchen, top chef Manu is recognized internationally. Manu has expertise in French, Belgian and Estonian cuisine.

    In Belgium, Manu was working in two Michelin star restaurant catering for the queen of Belgium, 2nd wife to King Leopolt III.  The Michelin Guide is the oldest and best-known world restaurant guide, which awards the Michelin stars.

    In 1995, Manu game to Estonia and became a chef in Roosikrantsi restaurant. He catered to all the Embassies, hosted dinner for the European Union with German President Roman Herzog , and Estonian President Mr. Meri.

    Between 2000 and 2006, he was an active member at Tartu Gourmand Club. Most recently Manu worked at Gloria restaurant in the old city.

    He is a member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs  (Conseiller Gastronomique) and in 2008 / 2009 he was a Trainer to the Candidate of Bocuse d'Or 2009. The Bocuse d’Or is a culinary event, with 22 years of gourmet history, but it is also a human adventure that accompanies the best chefs of the world on their path to stardom. Every two years new cooking prodigies are revealed at Lyons.
